Biographical Sketch: I Mr Fayemi Olanrewaju Emmanuel (a Nigerian) started my academic career in Nigeria where I bagged my BSc (Microbiology) and MSc (Food Microbiology) degrees. My research has focused on the fermented food products including cereals, legumes and tuber crops in sub-Saharan and tropical Africa.I'm currently studying for my PhD at the university of Pretoria, South Africa.
