B. Dr. Greg Siragusa, Senior Principal Scientist, and Nathalie Brosse with DuPont Nutrition &

Health will discuss the evolution of microbiomes in raw, cold, and hot smoked salmon. (40

C. Election of Vice-Chairperson (15 min)

D. Discussion of proposed topics for symposium development, workshop, or roundtable for

the 2016 IAFP Meeting. A few possible topics follow. Please bring your own ideas to be

developed by committee.

- 2017- 20th anniversary of Seafood HACCP

- Avirulency of Vibrio in Brazilian oysters vs U.S.; Dr. Mariza Landgraf of the

Universidade de São Paulo will brief us on the topic. We’ll all learn something

and then consider if oysters are the right topic for IAFP 2016.
