Biographical Sketch: Over the last 20 years, my work with food diagnostic producers has involved leading the business growth of a range of immunological and molecular techniques. I am a qualified Microbiologist, Lead Assessor and BRC Third Party Auditor with a keen interest in advising on the provision of objective evidence for Food Safety & Food Quality from supporting analytical testing. I’ve been an active participant in the Food Allergen analytical community since 1996 providing or assisting with: presentations, publications, codes of practice, guidance documents, factory inspections, training, working groups (e.g. CEN, WGPAT, ILSI, AOAC International).
