Biographical Sketch: Iva Steinhauserova is full professorship in the fields of veterinary hygiene and technology of food, and public veterinary medicine. She is the head of the Department of Meat Hygiene and Technology of Faculty of Food Hygiene of University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno. Her scientific specialization is food hygiene, food microbiology and meat hygiene and technology. She have been published scientific articles in in these fields and she was also included in scientific projects (e.g. PoultryFlorGut, CEITEC).
