Biographical Sketch:
Lecturer of Dairy Microbiology in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department of Agricultural University of Athens. His research interests lie in the field of lactic acid bacteria, with emphasis on physiology, metabolism, taxonomy and technological performance.
