Biographical Sketch:
Rodrigo studied veterinary medicine at the University of Concepcion, Chile and holds a PhD in Food Microbiology from the University of Nottingham. Rodrigo has worked in official controls and as a consultant for dairy and meat industry in Chile. Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham, where he developed and delivers the veterinary public health module and rotation in the clinical years of the veterinary curriculum.
