Biographical Sketch:
Claudio Gallottini DVM is a veterinary surgeon, trained in Italy, Ph.D. in Veterinary Science, Specializing in Animal health, breeding and animals production, and in Inspection of food of animal origin, with a master's degree in Veterinary public health. He works since 1998 in the field of food safety and is the Manager for the Food Safety area of ESI SRL Italian consulting company operating in Italy and northern Europe in the field of Food Safety. He is member of IAFP (International Association of Food Protection) and an Associate Member of the CIEH (Chartered Institut of Environmental Health UK); he is a Lead Instructor for FSPCA PCHF, PCAF, Lead Instructor for SSA, PSA Trainer, approved Trainer by FDA for Canned Food and a FS Trainer for NEHA.
