Biographical Sketch:
Laure Pujol studied food engineering at the National College of Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Engineering (Oniris) at Nantes, France. After her graduation, she joined the Research Unit Food Safety and Microbiology INRA-Oniris (UMR1014 Secalim) and obtained her PhD in quantitative microbial risk assessment and predictive microbiology. The main topic of her PhD was to develop a quantitative microbial exposure assessment model applied to aseptic-UHT milk based product, in collaboration with a private industry. Currently, she is working at Novolyze (Dijon), France, as a project manager in validation studies.
