Biographical Sketch:
Paolo Daminelli Vet of Food Department of Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale Lombardia and Emilia Romagna, Italy Graduate in veterinary medicine in Milan University on 1996 with specialization in Milk and dairy milk safety. Actually function is Veterinary manager of Food Microbiology laboratory where he works on microbiology analysis of food, validation of food process, risk analysis. Author of numerous scientific publications on food microbiology he’s member of expert team at Italian Minister of Health for official control of food intended to export in USA.
