Biographical Sketch: Dr. Nina McGrath joined the European Food Information Council (EUFIC) in May 2015. As Food Safety and Risk Communications Manager, she manages the production of science-based communications on food safety and quality related topics. Prior to this, she worked as Science Counsellor for Euro Chlor, the European chlorine industry federation, where she advised on environmental science issues. She holds a Master,s degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry and Materials Science from the University of Bristol, UK.
