At many companies, environmental monitoring programs have been place for 10–15 years, while other companies are just beginning to set up programs. New sampling requirements may be added or changed with new regulations, as there are significant areas awaiting comment in the FSMA Proposed Rules. This session will review learnings from programs that have been successful, from programs that are evolving, and from regulatory and auditing perspectives.
