2. Review of Antitrust Guidelines for association meetings
3. Legislative update:
• FSMA-FSPCA update by Edith Wilkin (Leprino Foods Co.)
4. Review agenda and add items if needed
5. IAFP Board update – Board Liaison Mickey Parish
6. 2016 Dairy PDG meeting minutes – approval

7. Old Business
• Symposia/roundtables/technical presentations/posters with dairy interest
• Review of recommendations to the Board (2015)
i. Approval the succession of Dawn Terrell and Yvonne Masters to Chair and Vice Chair respectively. Approved
ii. Recommend that the board to approve the newly elected co-vice chair/secretary Nancy Eggink. Approved
iii. Ability to go into IAFP website member profile to choose which PDG that the member wants to be in or opt out of the PDG distribution list. IAFP staff will look into making these changes.

8. New business
• Review of IAFP/Dairy PDG web pages (http://www.foodprotection.org/index.php) incl. update from the web page coordinator (Nancy Eggink).
• Brainstorming breakout sessions to discover symposia and workshop ideas for the 2017 annual meeting (Tampa, Florida, July 9 – 12, 2017). Deadline for submitting symposia and workshop proposals for IAFP 2017 is Tuesday October 4th, 2016.

(6 days before the deadline for submitting proposals for 2017)

(1-2 weeks after announcement of preliminary acceptance of proposals for 2017)
 Friday Mar. 17th, 2017 @ 8 AM CDT
(Checking in after final acceptance of 2017 proposals, start organizing proposals for 2018)
