2. Mini-workshop - Food Safety Education – Building Capacity
In this workshop we will look at the challenges in education and training for consumers as well as current and future food industry professionals. A series of micro-presentations will set the scene and we will work together to identify and prioritise actions that the PDG can take to move these areas forward
Workshop leaders include Brian Bedard/Jennifer Richards (Hands On – Future consumers), Shelley Feist (Consumers), Laura Nelson (Industry professionals), Michael Trevan (Future Industry professionals – academia)
